Another morning that started with pt and more aching and soreness. Wasn't as tired at the end of this one though. Now we have to work the next 2 days as well but no pt till monday. Gives us a couple of days to heal.
After work, went for a tour of Brunswick. Ended up on Jekyl island. Nice place but a long way out. It hass lots of bike trails so I think I'm going to take my bike out there next weekend and cruise around.

Wow it must be very hot. It was up to 100 yesterday, and I think some days before...so I can't imagine what it's like there. Not to mention the fact that you're working. Soon you'll be accustomed to the pt and it won't even bother you. That's really cool. So I guess it's like you're free to do stuff on some weekends? So that's pretty awesome that you can go around and see parts of Georgia. Jekyll Island is on the beach right? That's pretty cool, and that's cool that you can go riding. Too bad you don't have Kevin to go with you and get lost though =) anyway can't wait to see you and love yea

I am headed that way now....I figure by bike I will be there by next March. Think you will still be there?
